Hubble Homes' kickoff event for its 2020 Hubble Hero House held at our Southern Ridge community in Nampa on Monday, July 29th, 2020 was a huge success. As you may have heard, Hubble Homes is proud to bring back the tradition of building a home for charity. This year the “Hero Home” being built will be the family-friendly Brookfield with Bonus, located in South Nampa. During the event, charity partners had the opportunity to sign wooden framing beams in the home.
Hubble Homes and many of its trade vendors and subcontractors are graciously donating revenue proceeds, land for the lot, labor, and materials in an effort to make the largest donation possible to the Valley non-profits. Over 41 trade companies are working together to build this home. All net proceeds from the sale of the home will be donated to these six valley charities: Boise Rescue Mission Ministries, The Idaho Foodbank, The Meridian Foodbank, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho, St. Vincent de Paul Southwest Idaho, and The Salvation Army.
The total donation between the six local charities will be more than $200,000. Hubble Homes is proud to be able to commit that amount during such a crucial time of need.
