Hubble Homes is proud to continue our tradition of building a home to benefit various Treasure Valley non-profit organizations. This year, Hubble Homes will build one of our single-story floorplans, the Emerald, at Greendale Grove in Star. The Emerald is a true gem featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 2,433 square feet of living space. From the spacious open kitchen with a breakfast nook and center island to the large great room, this home has it all. The quietly tucked away primary suite features a private bath with a soaker tub, a full tile shower, and a spacious walk-in closet.
Construction
Construction is expected to start in February of 2024, and is expected to finish in summer of 2024.
The Community
Greendale Grove is a charming community located in Star, offering a small-town feel, and quieter and more relaxed lifestyle with the convenience of being close to Boise.
The Trade Partners
Hubble Homes, their trade vendors, and subcontractors will graciously donate land, labor, and materials to build the Hero Home.
All proceeds from the sale of the home will be donated to this year’s Treasure Valley charities: Idaho Food Bank, Idaho Veteran Chamber of Commerce, Operation Grateful Hearts, Star Outreach, and West Valley Humane Society. You can learn more about each charity by clicking on their logo below.

The groundbreaking event took place on February 16, 2024, at the home site of this year’s Hubble Hero Home in our Greendale Grove community in Star. From laughter-filled meet-and-greets to golden shovel moments, it was a celebration of community spirit!
After a vibrant meet and greet, where participants, supporters, and community members gathered to share in the excitement, an official welcome by Hubble Homes president Brian Cutting set the stage for the remainder of the event, providing an overview of the construction schedule and highlighting the charitable essence of the project. It became clear that the Hubble Hero Home project is about supporting the community, building hope, and making a lasting impact on the lives of others...

We're excited to share an update on our 2024 Hubble Hero Home project! Last week, we reached a significant milestone with a special kick-off event celebrating the framing of our 2024 Hero Home with our charities. Each charity had the opportunity to hammer a header with its logo into the house's framework.
