Meet our 2021 Hubble Hero House Charities - Faces of Hope

Today we would like to showcase another one of the valley charities that will benefit from the proceeds of our 2021 Hubble Hero House: Faces of Hope

Vision: Their values encapsulate their vision for those that they serve: hope, healing, justice, safety, and empowerment.

Mission: To reduce victimization with a safety net of crisis services.

Faces of Hope is a one-stop triage center where 17 community organizations collaborate. Their operations form a multi-disciplinary team and coordinated community response to interpersonal violence that helps victims access all the services they need from a single location.

Faces of Hope provides no cost domestic violence and sexual assault forensic exams and other direct victim services including:

• Emergency housing
• Food and gas cards
• Eyeglass repair
• Transportation
• And other basic needs to every victim they see

In the first six months of 2021, Faces supported 47% more victims than they did in the same months in 2020. In 2021, they saw 21 clients a day – almost 6 more clients a day, on average.

Funds from the Hero House will be used to leverage their year-end campaign which provides support for medical services, legal services, social services, education services, center collaboration, and support/administrative services. This will allow Faces to put the support where it is needed the most.
