About:
Established in 2008, Star Outreach serves the city of Star and surrounding areas with a Food Bank, Summer Lunch program and a Holiday Adopt-A-Family program. Additionally, Star Outreach has several annual food drives, an annual School Supply Drive, and a Recycle-A-Bicycle program. All donations of money, food and supplies come from the local community and their generous partners.
Mission:
Star Outreach's mission is to help feed and educate individuals and families in Star, Emmett, Eagle and Middleton with focus on food security and basic needs of clothing. They are supported in our efforts by city governments, local churches, civic organizations, businesses and individuals. Star Outreach advocate for Idaho’s hungry through collaborative partnerships to develop efficient solutions that strengthen individuals, families and communities.
