Warranty & Quality Assurance Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The Warranty & Quality Assurance Coordinator supports and facilitates the execution of the Corporate and department policies, processes, procedures, standards, and provides support to staff in the Warranty & Quality Assurance department. Performs tasks and projects as assigned.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Coordinate and track new warranty service requests
  • Follow up on warranty service requests to ensure completion and customer satisfaction
  • Track and store emails, photos and any other documents related to specific jobs
  • Track and log NHO items; assist Warranty Representatives in tracking and completing items after orientation
  • Schedule, track and log QC’s
  • Scan department documents
  • Monitor department equipment
  • Maintain department files
  • Monitor supplies and assemble Warranty materials
  • Maintain Warranty Customer Survey Contact database
  • Maintain Warranty Homeowner status in FAST
  • Provide department administrative support

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Attend department meetings and trainings
  • Any additional tasks as required

RELATIONSHIP TO OTHERS

Reports directly to the Warranty Services & Quality Assurance Manager

LIMITS OF AUTHORITY

Has the authority to carry out decisions made by the Warranty Services & Quality Assurance Manager.

KNOWELDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High School diploma required or equivalent
  • Expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • 5-8 years administrative experience preferred
  • Time management and organization skills
  • Strong work ethic

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess excellent communication, planning and organizational skills. Must be willing to work as part of a team and adhere to company policies, processes and procedures. Knowledge of construction industry preferred.
