Your home is built and warranted to the standards established by the Home Buyers Warranty Corporation (HBW), and building industry guidelines.
Description of current warranties:
- One year Hubble Homes Limited Warranty
- Additional coverage is provided in year 2 per the HBW warranty. Please refer to the HBW book for further details. (The HBW book is provided at the Homeowner Orientation.)
- Ten Year Structural Warranty
- Year one administered by Hubble Homes
- Years two-ten administered by HBW
- Various Manufacturers’ Warranties
- Administered by the product manufacturers
