Qualifications
Experience and/or Education: Must possess (or be able to acquire) and maintain an active Idaho Real Estate License. Four-year degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Marketing preferred. Other Qualifications: Must be an ambitions and dynamic self-starter, independent problem solver, detail oriented and well organized. Must possess strong prospecting/networking skills. Display dependability by fulfilling commitments to customers, agents, and other members of the team. In conjunction with day-to-day activities, must be flexible, a team player, coach able and accountable, and able to get along with diverse personalities and function effectively in a fast paced, constantly changing environment. The Sales Center Sales Coordinator is responsible for greeting customers, distributing information and making appointments for prospective clients to meet with New Home Specialist Sales Agents. This position has great advancement potential, as the goal of the Sales Center Sales Coordinator will be to move into a New Home Specialist sales position. In-house training will be provided in order to assist the Sales Center Sales Coordinator to advance to the New Home Specialist position.

Qualifications
Must possess a high school diploma; 2-4 years proven success in sales environment with an emphasis on excellent customer service preferred. Candidate must be a motivated self-starter, detail oriented, and well organized. Maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings is required. The capacity for using time effectively and efficiently while focusing on the most important priorities is a necessity for this position. Candidate must display a high level of dependability by fulfilling commitments to customers, agents, and other members of the team. In conjunction with day-to-day activities, must be flexible, a team player, coachable and accountable, and able to get along with diverse personalities. Must be computer literate and exhibit excellent customer service skills. A willingness to travel between communities and work in different community locations is required.
