Absolutely! Hubble Homes has a long history of working with professional Realtors – they are an integral part of the Hubble team and we wouldn’t be where we are today without them. Additionally, our New Home Specialists are also licensed professional Realtors; they understand the challenges faced by Realtors and are on-hand to assist them every step of the way. Our New Home Specialists do not receive additional compensation by eliminating outside agents from a transaction – we pride ourselves |

It’s easy! Because we are all about choice, we allow you to be involved in the process as much or as little as you would like. If you are not able to visit one of our Community Sales Centers with your client, call ahead to register them and we will take care of the rest! |

We use the Standard RE-21 and RE-22 (for build jobs) contracts with additional disclosures and addendums exclusively for Hubble Homes' process. We can prepare the documents for you or we can provide them to you. |
We have a limited number of homes available for purchase by investors (and occasionally some with a purchase and lease-back opportunity). Contact any Community Sales Center for more information. |

No, all Hubble Homes come completely finished, with builder included options. Because we are all about choice, we allow our homebuyers to create the home of their dreams by adding an infinite number of choices (some at no charge and some at an additional cost) available in our Showroom. |
Because we can offer the best pricing for a homebuyer by using a preferred group of trade contractors and insurance issues involved, we normally do not provide the option for homeowners to complete sweat equity. If a potential buyer is an expert in their field (for instance, has an insulation business) we may be able to assist the buyer in this endeavor. Contact one of our New Home Specialists for assistance if you are interested in this option. |

Because of our efficient internal processes and our relationships with our professional team of subcontractors and suppliers, the normal build time for a home is approximately 3-4 months. This time includes time allowed for your client to receive loan approval and finalize their selections in our Showroom, so a portion of the time is dependent upon how quickly your client moves through that process. |

Commission is normally paid at close of escrow. Currently, we have a pre-paid commission program which allows you to receive 3% commission after all contingencies have been removed and the home digs. |
No, unlike most pre-sold builders, Hubble Homes pays commission on the total sales price, including any upgrades the buyer chooses to put into their dream home!
